Hail Mary ref: ‘I learned a rule by screwing up the rule’

In a fascinating interview on Showtime’s “Inside the NFL,” replacement referee Wayne Elliott admits that his crew erred in calling a touchdown for the Seattle Seahawks.

It might be a bit late, but I, and every other cheese head, do appreciate Wayne Elliott for admitting he, along with his crew, was wrong.

This also makes me question the NFL even more after the fact that they thought the referees made the right decision. It was such a bullshit move on their part.
