Rain.
I hate it. It is by far the most miserable condition. I think I might even prefer walking through a blizzard than walk a few hundred yards in wet weather. Even with an umbrella. PS—I normally always have an extra pair of socks in my bag in case of days like today, but I was slow on laundry this week so I had to use it.
